Art Gallery Laminate install
Combined resources support a local non-profit art gallery and sponsor a much needed training session.
Cal-Flor / Berry Floor Group / EU Flooring / Butler Johnson combine resources to support a local non-profit modern art gallery’s installation of a new Berry Laminate floor. Exhibiting great examples of team work, Cal-Flor, Berry and Butler-Johnson all contributed to creating a pleasant screening environment to display local and visiting artists’ work.
The project was started by Cal-Flor’s own Todd Hall (Director of Product Development). His enthusiasm to add more to his already knowledgeable forte on the flooring industry prompted Todd to invite Berry Floor Group and Butler Johnson to donate the laminate floor, base molding and their time. Todd /Cal-Flor also donated the underlayment (SuperFoam), specially created installation tools, and his own time to install the flooring.
The occasion was an obvious benefit to the gallery it was also a great opportunity for the members of the installation team. The two day training/install gave everyone the working knowledge, experience and techniques they needed to properly install Barry flooring. The experience gained was invaluable for the even bigger job to come, the installation of the high-end Berry laminate floor for Lance Armstrong’s nightclub ‘6 Lounge’ located in Austin Texas.
